Shipping Policy

Due to the current circumstances, orders are taking a little longer to process, and shipments may be delayed. Please know our team is working as quickly—and safely—as possible to fulfill orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped with an estimated arrival date. We hope you’ll think Better Natured was worth the wait!

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states through various shipping providers (such as USPS, DHL, and SmartPost) based on your shipping location. Orders will ship using the shipping option selected at checkout, typically after a 1-3 business day processing period.

Our shipping options include: Standard Shipping (4-7 business days): $8 – free with $40+ orders

You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and remote areas of the United States. Orders shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses may require up to 28 business days to be delivered.
